With multiple venues at Choochokam Arts, there are plenty of opportunities to get your groove on … or just enjoy an afternoon filled with an eclectic mix of local and regional entertainment.
The festival boasts three stages including the main stage at Anthes and First Street, an acoustic stage at the Useless Bay Pavilion and Kid’s Zone Outdoor stage at Whidbey Children’s Theater on 3rd and Anthes. The festival will see more than 30 acts over the weekend in 2013.
Don’t forget to mark the Saturday Night Street Dance on your calendar! Beginning at 6:30 p.m. July 6, it’s a favorite event of the season for locals and visitors alike.
WCT Kid’s Zone
The Kid’s Zone at Whidbey Children’s Theater will have fun-filled activities for kids of all ages throughout the festival weekend including face painting, chalk art, and arts & crafts from 10am to 5pm daily along with a variety of interactive activities like the bubble zone, balloon toss and “fishing” along with performances by WCT students on the outdoor stage. The Kid’s Zone is located at 3rd and Anthes in the Whidbey Children’s Theater parking lot at the Porter Building.

Gettting to Choochokam Arts
Langley is only 7 miles from the Clinton Ferry terminal and 30 miles from Oak Harbor. From the South, take SR525 to Langley Road. Turn right at the light and follow the road into Langley. Follow Langley Loop signs. From the North, take Hwy. 20 to SR525. Turn left at Bayview Road and follow the Langley Loop signs into Langley. A free shuttle runs from the Clinton Ferry Dock continuously during the festival weekend between 9 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sunday. -
