ART EXHIBITORS

If you have problems with the form:
- Right-click (Control-Click
on a Mac) and choose "Save As" or "Save Target As". Save the file to your desktop (or location of your choice).
- Open file using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.
- Fill out form and Click the "Submit"
button.
You may also click
the "Print" button on the form to print a copy for
your own records.
Exhibitors are selected through a juried process.
Artists invited back need only to submit the application with current information along with their deposit. No photographs are necessary unless an artist wishes to be considered in a different category.
All others should follow the Application Guidelines below.
Please read all the guidelines as well as the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations before filing the application.
Applications are accepted online only. The deadline for Exhibitor Applications is March 13th, 2010. Notification of Jury Results will be by email only no later than April 2nd, 2010.

- Send four (4) digital images of your work (.pdf or .jpg format) for each juried category plus one (1) image of your booth set-up to our email at exhibitors@choochokamarts.org . No application will be accepted without all five of these images. Be sure to identify your business in the subject line.
- Go to the Paypal button at the bottom of the Exhibitor page on our website and pay the deposit.
FEES:
Application Processing Fee $10
Langley Business License Fee $25
Booth Fee PER 10’X10’ $275
Total Fees $310
A 50% deposit for a single booth is required when you submit your application. Double booths are available but only one deposit is required. The remainder will be due by April 23rd to secure your spot. Any exhibitor not juried into the festival will be reimbursed the first payment less a $10 processing fee.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CHOOCHOKAM ARTS FESTIVAL DOES NOT COLLECT COMMISSIONS ON SALES.
By April 23rd, accepted Exhibitors are required to mail in or email proof of insurance and a current UBI certificate.
May 1st will be the last day for refunds less the $10 processing fee.
Booth Assignments will be made and emailed to you no later than June 11th, 2010.

If there are any other fees that you need to take care of in regards to your participation in the festival, please click the Paypal button below and fill in the amount. Please specify in the note field what the fee should be applied to.
ENTERTAINERS
The festival boasts 3 stages including a main stage, acoustic stage and family stage. This year’s event will host more than 40 performers.
Emerging, up-and-coming, unsigned performing artists and bands in the genres of rock, jazz, pop, hip hop,
R & B, latin, country, folk, world music, spoken word, and children’s entertainment are encouraged to apply.
Musicians must submit their entries by for consideration.

FOOD VENDORS
Visitors to the Choochokam Arts festival never leave hungry. From apple dumplings to Greek gyros and barbecued artichokes, food vendors are carefully chosen from the applications received yearly.
