It’s that time again, and we’re delighted to invite artists and makers from all over to apply for a spot in the 41st annual Choochokam Music & Arts Festival! If you participated in 2015, you may have already reserved your spot for 2016, but we will still need your application form completed so we know you’re coming and have your most up to date information. You also need to upload some photos for us of your current art, but you don’t go through the jury process again. Unless you are new to Choochokam, we only need a picture or two.
We are handling all applications and payments online this year, and you’ll find the application and confirmation process to be streamlined and easy. Once you have completed the form below, click the Submit button and your information will be submitted automatically. We’ll look it all over and send you confirmation of your acceptance for 2016 via email within one week, along with an invoice for your booth and business license fees. (There is no application fee this year.)
Please note! Your booth space will not be considered reserved until payment is made, and booth assignments will be made according to the date your invoice is paid online.
You will have the opportunity to include your booth requests below, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. We will be moving the Festival to a new location in Langley this year to accommodate the growth of the festival and to make your load in and load out easier and more flexible, so we’ll be sending out our new location map in early May to get your booth requests and assign new spaces.
If you have signed up for the festival, don’t worry – you’ll have access to booth choices based on the order in which you reserved your booth this year, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy with your new spot. We’ll be sending out more specific information on the new layout soon!
All payments must be made before your booth will be assigned, and your required insurance certificate may be faxed to 866.324.8074 or emailed to [email protected] or you can upload your documents and photos here once you have submitted your application. We’ll send out a notice to all applicants via email with a link to upload your documents.
