It’s that time again, and we’re delighted to invite artists and makers from all over to apply for a spot in the 41st annual Choochokam Music & Arts Festival!  If you participated in 2015, you may have already reserved your spot for 2016, but we will still need your application form completed so we know you’re coming and have your most up to date information. You also need to upload some photos for us of your current art, but you don’t go through the jury process again. Unless you are new to Choochokam, we only need a picture or two.

We are handling all applications and payments online this year, and you’ll find the application and confirmation process to be streamlined and easy. Once you have completed the form below, click the Submit button and your information will be submitted automatically. We’ll look it all over and send you confirmation of your acceptance for 2016 via email within one week, along with an invoice for your booth and business license fees. (There is no application fee this year.)

Please note! Your booth space will not be considered reserved until payment is made, and booth assignments will be made according to the date your invoice is paid online.

You will have the opportunity to include your booth requests below, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. We will be moving the Festival to a new location in Langley this year to accommodate the growth of the festival and to make your load in and load out easier and more flexible, so we’ll be sending out our new location map in early May to get your booth requests and assign new spaces.

If you have signed up for the festival, don’t worry – you’ll have access to booth choices based on the order in which you reserved your booth this year, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy with your new spot. We’ll be sending out more specific information on the new layout soon!

All payments must be made before your booth will be assigned, and your required insurance certificate may be faxed to 866.324.8074 or emailed to [email protected] or you can upload your documents and photos here once you have submitted your application. We’ll send out a notice to all applicants via email with a link to upload your documents.

Please note that your booth is not reserved until payment is received. (10x20 Booths will include an option to pay half at reservation and half in 30 days, but all booths must be paid in full on receipt of the invoice, and single booths will not be reserved until payment is made in full). All invoices will include a $30.00 charge for a usage fee to be paid to the site holder in lieu of the temporary business license that was required in the past.

By typing my name and initials in the spaces above, I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to all of the specified terms and conditions set forth in this Exhibitor Application and the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. I affirm that all submitted work is original and produced solely by myself, the applicant. I release Choochokam Arts and all of its duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by exhibitors, guests or works of art before, during or after the Choochokam Arts Festival or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that Choochokam Arts reserves the right to remove any works that do not meet the standards set forth in this Exhibitor Application and the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the Festival and jeopardize my participation in future Festivals. I understand that there are no refunds due to inclement weather. In consideration for Choochokam Art’s acceptance of my application, I agree to accept all decisions of the jury as final. I understand that Choochokam Arts reserves the right to revise these regulations and/or terminate this agreement at its sole discretion.
