All exhibitors, whether new or returning, need to fill out applications and review all guidelines, as they change from year to year.
In an attempt to minimize postage and lost documents, we are asking exhibitors to download these documents, fill the applications in completely, attach images, if needed (Note all jewelers need to attach images even if you are returning.), and email all documents back by deadline. If you send the application and images via snail mail, make sure to email [email protected] to let us know they are coming.

It’s time for Choochokanm!
For those of you who are exhibiting at the festival this weekend, and who still have outstanding balances to pay, please be aware:
All outstanding payments for the 2013 Choochokam Arts Festival must be made by credit card or cash. You WILL need all of your paperwork in and your balance paid to be allowed to set up for the festival.
